I. Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (für EU-Verbraucher)
1. Geltungsbereich
Diese AGB gelten für alle Verträge zwischen
Adnan Andre Ulmke / Mehr als Musik
und Verbrauchern (§ 13 BGB).
2. Vertragsschluss
Die Produktdarstellungen im Onlineshop stellen kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar.
Mit Absenden der Bestellung geben Sie ein verbindliches Angebot ab.
Der Vertrag kommt durch Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail oder durch Versand der Ware zustande.
3. Preise & Zahlung
Alle Preise sind Endpreise inklusive gesetzlicher Umsatzsteuer (sofern anwendbar).
Der Rechnungsbetrag ist unmittelbar mit Vertragsschluss fällig.
4. Lieferbedingungen
Sofern im jeweiligen Angebot keine abweichende Lieferzeit angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung innerhalb von 7–21 Werktagen nach Vertragsschluss.
Bei Vorbestellungen, limitierten Projekten oder produktionsabhängigen Artikeln erfolgt die Lieferung nach Produktionsfertigstellung. Ein fester Liefertermin wird in diesen Fällen nicht garantiert.
Sollte ein Artikel vorübergehend nicht verfügbar sein, informieren wir den Kunden unverzüglich.
Teillieferungen sind zulässig, soweit sie dem Kunden zumutbar sind.
5. Höhere Gewalt
Bei Ereignissen höherer Gewalt (z. B. Naturkatastrophen, behördliche Maßnahmen, Produktionsausfälle, Lieferkettenstörungen) verlängert sich die Lieferfrist angemessen.
6. Widerrufsrecht
6.1 Print-on-Demand
Individuell angefertigte Produkte sind gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB vom Widerrufsrecht ausgeschlossen.
6.2 Digitale Inhalte
Bei digitalen Inhalten erlischt das Widerrufsrecht gemäß § 356 Abs. 5 BGB mit Beginn der Ausführung.
7. Stornierungen
Stornierungen sind nur möglich, sofern die Produktion noch nicht begonnen hat oder ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht besteht.
Stornoanfragen sind ausschließlich per E-Mail an

Unvollständige Anfragen können nicht bearbeitet werden.
8. Rückerstattungen
Rückerstattungen erfolgen über den ursprünglich genutzten Zahlungsweg, sofern technisch möglich.
Ist dies nicht möglich, erfolgt die Erstattung per Banküberweisung.
Die Rückzahlung erfolgt unverzüglich, spätestens jedoch 6 Monate nach Erhalt aller notwendigen Daten.
9. Mängelrechte
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte.
10. Haftung
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei:

Vorsatz

grober Fahrlässigkeit

Schäden aus Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit
Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten und begrenzt auf den vertragstypischen Schaden.
11. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts.
12. Streitbeilegung
Wir sind nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit, an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

Authorization
You authorize Creator and its payment processors to charge your payment method for Products, Memberships and applicable taxes.
Payment processors may perform credit card pre-authorization.
Memberships
Memberships may include recurring payments.
Your account will automatically be charged on the Membership Billing Date until the membership is cancelled.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective products within 30 days of purchase.
Non-defective items cannot be returned.
Shipping and Delivery
Products will be shipped according to the terms shown at checkout to the address provided.
Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
Limited License
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use only.

Legal disputes must be brought before courts in San Francisco County, California.
